Clothes closet in a room was very unstable. Not designated parking. No cabinet in bathroom to store personal items for hygiene.

What was the highlight of Plaza Regency Hotels
We got what we wanted and the facilities where up to the grades we saw at Booking. It was 7.8 and OK
Room was spacious and clean. Only one EU type power plug inside. Location is ok if you want to walk around the Balluta bay, everything else is a bit far (cca 2 km) or unfriendly for pedestrians (underground tunnel to Sliema, no pedestrian zones at streets). Breakfast is good, but they are removing the coffee machine first (just when 10 AM pass).
Staff at reception desk is not to keen to talk or greet you when you go out or coming back. Also when I asked at arrival (midnight), are they sure that we got the room we requested (Superior Double with sea view), they told me "if there is a problem you will solve it in the morning".

Really enjoyed the stay, but it could be improved
Clean, big and modern room, perfect location, good variety of choice at the buffet breakfast
Cleaning ladies don't respect the privacy entering the room quickly without knocking even if you're there; the indoor swimming pool closes too early (at 18:00); it's necessary to take the booklet given at the check in with your personal data all the time, it's not enough to have just the electronic card for the room; sound proofing is a big problem in the morning you'll hear almost everything, there also was some noise from the fridge and from the electric block at the entrance of the room
